Author Jen Sincero created a list of the most common Habits of Successful people. If you're not familiar with Jen, she's the author of this series of You Are A Badass books. If you haven’t read her books, I highly recommend them. They are light, easy to read, and very impactful.

I invite you to pick just one of these things that you're currently not doing and make it a habit in your life. Success is born from the things we do daily. Improving our habits helps us to step into the next best version of ourselves.
